Does RentRight collect or hold my rent?
No. Rent moves directly between tenant and landlord, by bank transfer or any method you already use. RentRight keeps the record of each payment and its receipt.
Add a property, then its units: flats, shops or a whole estate, with yearly or monthly rent. Each unit shows whether it is occupied, vacant or under maintenance.
Rent records, receipts, messages and maintenance requests stay with the unit. Invite the tenant with a code and they see the same record from their side.
Share an invite code and your tenant joins their unit. From their side they see the rent status and next due date, every receipt for their home, and they can report an issue or message you.
Record rent as it's paid and each payment becomes a receipt both sides can open. Prepare tenancy agreements, keep messages with the home, and follow repairs from report to resolved.

02 Rent and receipts
The alert, the chat and the notebook line come together on the unit’s record, as one receipt the landlord and tenant both open.
